Get out for the Silvio Meier Demonstration 2010!

On 21st of November 1992, the antifascist and squatter Silvio Meier got stabbed to death by a neonazis on the subway station Samariterstraße in Berlin-Friedrichshain. His murderers either got low imprisonments or no punishment at all. The fascists who tried to kill a young left-wing man last year with a curb stomping got low imprisonments as well.

Every year since the murder of Silvio, a demonstration of remembrance takes place. In the middle of a shift to the right in the society, deportation, continuously happening neonazi demonstrations, racist violence and an increasingly rising poverty in the society, resistance is more than ever necessary. Therefore we want to broach the issue of the racist fundamental consensus within the population and those of the players in government and public.

Against these conditions, against the increasing Naziterror and the continuing terror of deportation, which implements practically the Nazis call for “Foreigners out!” we want to demonstrate on the 20th of November 2010. It is essential to combine the antifascist fight with the fight against the state, get a wide social basis and fight offensive.

Get out of you isolation and out on the streets! Demonstrate with us in remembrance of Silvio Meier and all the others who got killed by nazis and governmental racism.
